Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas today discussed her Dancing With the Stars experience, her son Tripp, and her future on The View. The dynamic dancing duo discussed the moments leading up to them being sent home when neither freestyle team picked them. Mark noted that one of the team captains was like a foster brother to him. Bristol said she is raising Tripp by herself and will be returning to Alaska to regroup and plot her next move. Bristol said her mother, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has not left politics, despite the erroneous assumptions by many that she has. When Bristol first was on the show, she was 19. She said she has matured much in the past three years. Bristol’s birthday is today, thus she spent part of it on The View.
