Governor Palin has reached two million Facebook friends. Two million! Now, to grasp the enormity of such a feat, let’s digest for a moment exactly how much two million is by looking first at some fun facts. Via True Knowledge:

* There are 20,000 centuries in 2,000,000 years.

* There are about 5,475.8 years in 2,000,000 days.

* There are 83,333 1/3 days in 2,000,000 hours.

* There are 33,333 1/3 hours in 2,000,000 minutes.

* There are 1,136 4/11 miles in 2,000,000 yards.

* There are 666,666 2/3 yards in 2,000,000 feet.

* There are 166,666 2/3 feet in 2,000,000 inches.

It’s hard to wrap one’s mind around that number, yet Governor Palin–a woman who holds no official title anymore–already has over 2,000,000 Facebook friends! How long would it take to count us all? In answer to the question of how long it would take to count even half that amount, Big Site of Amazing Facts states:

Naturally, that depends on how fast you can count.

But if you can count from 1 to 100 in one minute, and you keep counting every minute, without stopping, for eight hours every day (taking time off to eat, sleep, and go to school), you would reach 1,000,000 in 20 days, 6 hours, and 40 minutes, or almost 3 weeks.

If, however, you give up eating, sleeping, and school, and just count every minute of every hour of every day, you would reach 1,000,000 in 6 days, 22 hours, and 40 minutes, almost 1 week.

Being an English teacher and not a mathematician, I would guess it would take more than twice that to arrive at two million, as one would surely slow down during the process of all that counting–not that one would even dare undertake such a tedious task. But I’m celebrating the Governor’s success, so you’ll simply have to excuse me.

On a more serious note now, let’s examine the number of Facebook friends of those whose names get mentioned alongside Governor Palin’s in the ongoing 2012 conversation.

Mitt “Flip-Flop” Romney, whom Bill O’Reilly just divulged to Jay Leno is his 2012 favorite, has a whopping 468,436 Facebook friends.

Mike “They Like Palin Because She’s Cuter than I am” Huckabee has 371,959 friends on Facebook, which is listed near a plea that states, “Help me reach 375,000 likes.” O…kay…

Newt Gingrich, who has recently stated he is seriously considering running in 2012, has a total of 70,311 Facebook friends.

And wouldn’t I be remiss if I left out Ron Paul who boasts hordes of very vocal young and, I would imagine, internet-savvy supporters? This “Ron Paul Revolution,” as they have been called, has fortified him with a 239,427 Facebook total.

Let me state the obvious. Governor Palin’s common sense conservatism has grabbed both the hearts and intellect of women and men who want to see order restored to our government. Two million is a huge number, but it in no way is the sum total of those who support the work she is doing. Many of her supporters don’t do Facebook, just as many don’t do Twitter. But most every one of us can do the Governor and America a huge service: we can donate to SarahPAC or The Sarah Palin Legal Defense Fund so that her influence can not only continue but accelerate.

Is there any other voice out there sounding the alarm for you, your family, your businesses, and your freedoms as is Governor Palin’s? She is traveling the country garnering support for others who are following her lead in taking back our country. She doesn’t cower in fear before putting her name to a candidate’s face or to a controversial issue, even when it earns her the acidic vitriol of the Left–and some on the Right. It takes finances to do the job she’s doing. We’ve already established how big a number two million is, so two million people giving whatever they can will go far distances and reap even far greater rewards.

Congratulations, Governor Palin, on The Big Two–and thank you to all who helped get her here. Now, let’s BLAST the Money Bomb!

* Facebook stats appears as they were at the time of this writing.

The Speech

“Sarah” and Laura had completed their usual pre-flight duties. They got their weather briefing, filed the flight plan and had to wait. This flight would take them to Peoria, IL. There, a motorcade would pick up “Sarah” and take her to Eureka College to give what would be her version of The Speech, which they watched on “Sarah’s” laptop computer.

Having watched the video, it was time to leave. The pair hopped in the plane, Laura did the run-up and got her clearance. A LearJet was sequenced ahead of her. “‘Sarah,’ the next trans-continental trip we do, I’ll take you in that,” Laura said.

After the Lear took off, Laura was cleared for her takeoff. As they departed, “Sarah” bid farewell to Lake Onalaska

The Mighty Mississippi River

Laura had filed for and received a clearance to cruise at 7,000 feet. The mighty Mississippi River came into view off the right wing.

Thunderstorm in Dubuque

Near Dubuque, IA, “Sarah” and Laura spotted a large isolated cumulus cloud. The rain shaft was clearly visible.

Flying through clouds was no mean feat of course for Laura, who is a skilled instrument pilot. Then she saw a flash of light from within the cloud, followed by another. The forked lightning strikes clearly indicated a thunderstorm – which did not come up on the weather briefing – but it came up here. Laura immediately requested a descent to 5,000 feet to stay below the thunder cloud, and permission to deviate toward the southwest, then back so as to go around it.

As Laura went around the cloud, she started planning a possible diversion. If this storm grew or followed the flight, Laura would divert to the nearest airport and land. Yes, “Sarah’s” family was waiting for her in Eureka. Her hair dresser from Wasilla – Jessica Steele – was waiting too, only “Sarah” did not know that. The arrangement was a gift, and Laura had her little hands in that one. But, Laura was a disciplined pilot, and “Sarah” a disciplined passenger. Getting there alive, and with a plane that could be used again was something of a priority. While poor visibility kills pilots without an instrument rating, thunderstorms and icing are the killers for those with the rating. Laura knew that. She carefully watched the storm and saw it was stationary. Soon, the potentially life-threatening monster was left behind. The pair decided to continue the flight.

Quad Cities, Where the Mississippi River Runs East-West

The flight passed Quad Cities. Here the Mississippi River runs east to west rather than north to south. It is the only location in the United States, where the Mississippi River takes this turn.

Laura received her clearance for the approach to Peoria. The instruction was to fly to the southwest of the airport and land on the runway oriented northeast. Laura setup the approach on the GPS.

The plane was buffeted about as the approach began, just like in La Crosse. The pair thought nothing of it. The approach was perfect.

Laura has passed decision height and was ready to land, when a violent wind shear struck. There was no time to check on her passenger. Laura immediately applied full power, raised the flaps one notch at a time and told the controller she was going around.

“Sorry ‘Sarah,’ ” she said. “That landing could not be saved, and” “Sarah” interrupted, “You did the right thing, Laura. It’s all good.”

Laura got setup to re-do the approach. “Sarah” and Laura both saw that some clouds which were over the airport were now south.

The second approach got them in. Laura taxied to General Aviation and tied down. The motorcade pulled in to get “Sarah” and her pilot. “Sarah” had a summons to answer.

Governor Palin makes two New York endorsements today via Facebook:

I’m happy to endorse two more Commonsense Conservatives running for Congress from the great state of New York.

John Gomez, a native Long Islander, is running in New York’s 2nd Congressional District. As a successful business owner, John understands how to incentivize job creation to get our economy moving again. He’s dedicated to reining in the reckless spending in DC and returning us to our core principles of limited government and fiscal responsibility. Please join me in supporting John by visiting his website at www.gomez2010.com and following him on Facebook and Twitter.

Michael Grimm, a former Deputy U.S. Marshall and FBI Special Agent, is running in New York’s 13th Congressional District. This decorated Marine and Persian Gulf War veteran took on organized crime and Wall Street corruption as an undercover agent. As a current small business owner, Michael understands that real economic growth comes from the private sector, not government. He’ll represent New Yorkers with just as much integrity and courage as he defended them in the FBI and the Marine Corps. Please join me in supporting Michael by visiting his website at www.grimmforcongress.com and following him on Facebook and Twitter.

Beeline to La Crosse Before Thunderstorms Arrive

Laura ran over to “Sarah” with the weather prediction. Low clouds were forming over Minnesota and Wisconsin with thunderstorms forecast for the evening. “’Sarah,’ if we’re going to fly today, we need to leave very soon. Aircraft have to stay at least 25 miles from thunderstorms. This trip is mostly going to be through clouds; there’s going to be some turbulence. If we wait much longer, we’re going to have to cancel and do it tomorrow.”

It did not take too long for “Sarah” to consider it. The next flight would bring her to Peoria, where would speak at Eureka College – President Ronald Wilson Reagan’s alma mater. Canceling would mean an extended 400-mile flight from Duluth to Peoria, rather than two more pleasant flights of 200 miles each.

“File the flight plan and get the clearance, Laura. I’m ready.”

Laura filed, pre-flighted, did the run-up, got the clearance, shut down, and went to get “Sarah”. Laura gave her passenger the required safety briefing, ensured safety belts on, and fired up. They would depart to the west, then turn to the southeast for the 90-minute flight.

After takeoff, per the clearance, the flight turned southeast. The cloud cover was broken, but closing fast.

“Sarah” turned to bid Lake Superior a farewell.

The flight had been cleared for 5,000 feet originally, but cloud tops were predicted to be 7,000. Laura requested an altitude increase to 7,000, but the tops grew even higher and the broken clouds went complete overcast. The entire enroute portion was spent shrouded in clouds, just as Laura predicted.

The controller instructed Laura to descend to 2,900 feet. She would be landing on the runway facing due south using an instrument approach. At about 3,500 feet the flight broke out of clouds, and the airport could be seen in the distance. La Crosse Municipal is located on French Island, which is surrounded by Lake Onalaska. Both Laura and “Sarah” felt something very familiar when they saw the lake. It had an Alaskan feel to it – perhaps accounting for why it is called Lake Onalaska. Part of the lake is in Minnesota. I-90 bisects French Island. The Mississippi River passes through La Crosse as well.

As Laura began the approach, the plane received two jolts of turbulence. “Sarah” could see Lake Onalaska out the front and out her side window.

At 300 feet above decision height, the plane began to cross Lake Onalaska. Laura executed a smooth landing and parked at the General Aviation ramp. “Sarah” is now 2,512 nautical miles from Wasilla. She is now over 75% of the way to Reagan National Airport in Washington DC. “Sarah’s” next flight is to Peoria, one of the most significant stops on the journey.

Alaska. Lake Onalaska. Eureka College – Reagan’s Alma Mater. Reagan National. Providential.

Known by its Athabascan name “Denali”, meaning “Great One”, majestic Mount McKinley is located in Alaska’s Denali National Park. With a peak at 20,320 feet high, Denali is the tallest mountain in the United States. History tells us that the first settlers are believed to be nomadic hunters and fishermen who developed villages and fish camps on the rugged terrain, and by the early 1900s, settlers came to Denali for the prospect of finding gold and striking it rich.

President Eisenhower signed the Alaska Statehood Act on July 7, 1958 which made Alaska the 49th state of the United States of America, and Old Glory was proud to boast seven rows of seven stars.

Despite the destructive earthquake and subsequent tsunami that struck south central Alaska on Good Friday in 1964, hard working Americans with pioneering spirits from the Lower 48 continued to pack up their belongings and move north to Alaska in search of adventure and a better life.

Chuck Heath, Sr. and his family from Sandpoint, Idaho were no exception.

Can you imagine what the Heath family thought as they soared above the Rocky Mountains and the Yukon in a Grumman Goose marveling at the lofty summits and snowy peaks of the Land of the Midnight Sun? Never becoming dismayed at the enormity of their challenge or the uncertainty of their future, the young family pressed onward to Skagway via Juneau when others would have turned around and headed back home.

Just as the Heath family encountered physical mountains upon their move to Alaska, our nation today is confronted with figurative mountains: energy dependence, illegal immigration, socialized healthcare, record-high unemployment, disregard for the unborn, the debt crisis, and the war situation. These troubling issues can seem daunting and permanent. Never learn to live with a mountain of difficulty. Instead, like the Heath family, move forward in faith without fear or intimidation.

As Chuck, Sr. moved his family into a small house in the tiny town of Skagway, he had no way of knowing that his infant daughter, Sarah Louise, would grow up to be a city councilwoman, a mayor, a governor, a vice presidential nominee, a best-selling author, and a serious contender for the American Presidency.

Fast-forward to Fairbanks on July 26, 2009, as the infant daughter is now Governor Sarah Palin bidding farewell to the Alaska governorship by wholeheartedly thanking its citizens for allowing her to serve and challenging the media to respect freedom of speech and honor the American soldier by, “Quit making things up.” Governor Palin may have walked off that Fairbanks stage into an unknown political future, but she had mountain-moving faith in that, “The steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23).

Governor Palin stepped out of one realm and into another as she has effectively endorsed common-sense conservative candidates like Alaska’s Joe Miller, Washington’s Clint Didier, and California’s Carly Fiorina, who are ready to take the U.S. Sentate by storm, and gubernatorial candidates like Iowa’s Terry Branstad, South Carolina’s Nikki Haley, and New Mexico’s Susan Martinez who are principled leaders and know what is right for their state.

Encountering mountains— difficulties, problems, hardships, the unknown – in life is inevitable. Like the Heath and Palin families, we all come across them. Some of our “mountains” are big like the Rockies, and some are as intimidating as Denali. The secret to moving mountains is to never become separated from our statement of faith. We must keep our words connected to our faith as we stand alongside Governor Palin to take our country back in the 2010 mid-term elections.

America’s best days are ahead, and there ain’t no mountain high enough that can’t be conquerored as we move toward conservative victory in 2010!

By Adrienne Ross – www.motivationtruth.com

A year ago today, I was in Fairbanks, Alaska as Governor Sarah Palin bid farewell to leading the state she dearly loves. I saw the crowd gathering, many holding signs or wearing shirts broadcasting their gratefulness to the woman who had served them so faithfully. I also saw, approached, and engaged in a spirited debate with people who arrived for no other reason, it appeared, than to demonstrate their disapproval of the Governor.

From July 3rd when I heard the news that she would be stepping down, to July 26th as I prepared to attend that final farewell, I had prayed that Governor Palin would not look back but would have peace in the knowledge that she had, in fact, made the right decision. That afternoon, I watched Governor Palin serve the people of Alaska hot dogs and a smile for the last time as their governor. Just taking it all in, I knew intuitively that she had no regrets. I knew that she knew that it was, as the saying goes, all good. And that was enough for me.

Taking to the stage with her black jacket and blue jeans, she displayed a calm that comes only from a blessed assurance that your steps are being ordered. In that quiet confidence, she was able to shut up a lunatic in the crowd, tell the media not to mess with Sean Parnell’s children, and embrace her own who were there with her on the stage.

At the conclusion of Sean Parnell’s swearing in, while her parents and some friends still lingered on the premises of Pioneer Park, Governor Palin was nowhere to be seen. She had quickly slipped away, leaving the new governor to enjoy his moment–and his cake. She left and embarked on a new chapter of a book of her life still being written. Only history will fully tell the tale.

I cannot remember exactly what I was thinking as I put my head to pillow hours later. I do remember my mind being fixed throughout the day on the concept of new beginnings. This theme has stuck with me, and not just for the Governor. That precise moment in time marked newness for so many of us as we have literally witnessed a story of epic proportions that has not lost its savor but has picked up momentum. How many of her supporters would have ever touched base had not we taken this walk with her? How many Mama Grizzlies would still be hibernating? How many policies of this Obama administration would be going unchallenged? How many of us would be personally involved in taking back our country? To be honest, the likely answers to those questions are troubling.

The haters thought they had her. As much of a sacrifice as it was, however, Governor Palin disarmed them. And in so doing, she’s accomplishing more than many imagined possible. Rather than answering bogus ethics complaints, arguing with state legislators hell-bent on fighting her at every turn, and succumbing to the full-court press waged against her, she is battling the political insanity of this current administration, fighting for the soul of America, and inspiring a generation.

She ended that day with this tweet:

Thank you Alaska! I love you. God bless Alaska. God bless the U.S.A.

Governor Palin today addressed via FaceBook Note how the members of Journolist were acting as partisan political operatives.

How ironic that on a day when we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, The Daily Caller released 15 pages of JournoListers’ email exchanges about a dark and demented conspiracy regarding my son, Trig.

It’s tough to fittingly describe these numerous members of the mainstream media who actively engaged in the debate about this conspiracy back when I was first introduced as John McCain’s running mate, and it’s impossible to legitimize any “prominent” media publication that continues to traffic in this bizarre narrative today. It wasn’t just a few fringe characters in that JournoList discussion. It included writers for major newspapers, magazines, and online news publications. Those participating in this immature exchange in attempts to plant seeds of doubt and falsely accuse even included a famous historian.

This JournoList exchange exposes the warped nature of today’s media, thus explaining why many of us are forced, in fairness to the public, to utilize other mediums to communicate until the mainstream media wakes up and begins respecting the public’s intelligence and desire for truth in reporting. There is a sickness and darkness in today’s liberal media. With revelations like the JournoList exchanges, may the light keep shining to expose the problem.

It’s always darkest before the dawn. My hope, therefore, is that today, marking the anniversary of our nation’s attempt to show respect for our brothers and sisters, sons and daughters with special needs, will also mark the beginning of a new, more respectful discourse among members of our media who at least aspire to be fair and objective.

- Sarah Palin

Governor Palin recently used the term “sick puppies” to describe some members of a group that went by the name Journolist. The Daily Caller has been drawing attention to the group the last few days, revealing that there was a collaborated conspiracy by these media members to swing the 2008 election in Obama’s direction by targeting Governor Palin. Read more about that here and here.

The truth is coming out, and already it has shown the lamestream media as the obsessively partisan, corrupt, shameless hacks they are. But it’s not over. In fact, this exposure may just be in its beginning stages. Fifteen pages of emails among Journolisters reveal that there are those within the group who were captivated by the insane Trig Truther bull that persists to this day. I am glad to see that there were some who dismissed it as the bogus conspiracy it was, but still others really bought into the nonsense, toying with the lie that Trig is really Bristol’s son, discussing a cover-up, wondering about medical records, examining photos of Governor Palin’s belly. “Sick puppies” is too kind for some of these people.

Here’s an example of one such wacko exposed by The Daily Caller:

Kathleen Geier
Aug 30, 2008, 5:20pm

When I first heard this story, I thought it was preposterous. (And btw, a scenario similar to this lurid tale occurred last season on Desperate Housewives). And maybe I really am losing it, driven over the edge at last by my hatred of all things Republican, but at this point I’m starting to believe it.

There are a lot of things about the official story that just don’t add up.

[...]

Give the Daily Kos post a read. And if you think I’m heading deep into tin foil hat territory, give me a good hard slap across the face, and a Cher-in-Moonstruck-like “Snap out of it!” please.

I don’t know if anyone provided that slap, but she obviously qualified for it–and she did ask. That’s just one email out of fifteen pages worth. Read them yourself here.

The reason behind the attacks on Palin? It’s the same reason behind the attacks today: fear. And she had them trembling right from the beginning, the very day Senator McCain announced her to America. That fear rose considerably during her RNC speech.

Jonathan Strong of The Daily Caller writes:

Sarah Palin’s speech to the 2008 Republican convention impressed more than a few doubters, including even some members of Journolist, an online community for liberal journalists.

“This speech is gangbusters,” wrote Ari Melber of the Nation. “Her tone is pitch perfect.” Adele Stan of the Media Consortium agreed: “Palin is golden.”

It was clear just how good Governor Palin was, so one Journolister attempted to quell the fear that was developing. However, the Governor’s speech did shake things up:

“People get a hold of yourselves!” Tomasky wrote to his fellow Journolisters. “It’s a very good speech with good lines. But there’s very little substance.”

Rebecca Traister of Salon wrote to say she was grateful for Tomasky’s message. (“This is a reassuring sentiment, since at the moment, I feel like we’re in End Times.”) But the rest of the country apparently didn’t agree. Polls a few days later showed Obama’s lead in the race had narrowed to virtually nothing.

This is where the lamestream media began to really focus in on a concerted effort to derail the McCain/Palin ticket:

Palin’s speech had been remarkably effective. This troubled members of Journolist. On Sept. 8, 2008, five days after Palin’s national debut, some members of the group discussed producing coordinated propaganda designed to wound Palin and boost Obama.

[...]

Mitchell replied: “Fair enough! But it seems to me that a concerted effort on the part of the left partisan press could be useful. Why geld ourselves? A lot of the people on this list work for organizations that are far more influential than, say, the Washington Times.

“Open question: Would it be a good use of this list to co-ordinate a message of the week along the lines of the GOP? Or is that too loathsome? It certainly sounds loathsome. But so does losing!”

Ezra Klein of the Washington Post, the founder of Journolist, quickly jumped in: “Nope, no message coordination. I’m not even sure that would be legal. This is a discussion list, though, and I want it to retain that character,” he wrote.

Mitchell replied: “Fair enough, Ezra! The list is great at as it is and I didn’t mean to suggest anything out of bounds. I am still curious about the reluctance of the left media to organize, though.

[...]

Yet almost immediately after writing these words, Roberts sounded somewhat less than independent himself, referring to the Obama campaign as “we”: “I’m not bashing,” he wrote. “I’m guilty too. I just despair. We’re going to lose again, for all the same damn reasons.”

Ed Kilgore of the Progressive Policy Institute, another supposedly “independent analyst,” did the same, even outlining specific talking points: “It requires no particular strategic genius or ‘message coordination’ to recognize that we and the Obama campaign have the next two months to demonstrate that McCain and Palin represent the status quo party, the status quo ideology, and status quo policies,” he wrote.

So a few level-headed people seemed to exist among the group. However, others were completely wacked out in their desire to get Barack Obama elected. Todd Gitlin of Columbia University was determined to push his agenda no matter what. He, a man responsible for training up-and-coming journalists, lapsed into speech resembling that of a dictator hell-bent on brainstorming his inferiors:

While other members of the group debated whether to coordinate a pro-Obama message – or, more precisely, whether to concede that such a message was being coordinated — Todd Gitlin of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism had already made up his mind. Gitlin, whose job is to train the next generation of America’s most elite journalists, wrote this impassioned plea on behalf of the Obama campaign:

“On the question of liberals coordinating, what the hell’s wrong with some critical mass of liberal bloggers & journalists saying the following among themselves:

“McCain lies about his maverick status. Routinely, cavalierly, cynically. Palin lies about her maverick status. Ditto, ditto, ditto. McCain has a wretched temperament. McCain is a warmonger. Palin belongs to a crackpot church and feels warmly about a crackpot party that trashes America.

“Repeat after me:

“McCain lies about his maverick status. Routinely, cavalierly, cynically. Palin lies about her maverick status. Ditto, ditto, ditto. McCain has a wretched temperament. McCain is a warmonger. Palin belongs to a crackpot church and feels warmly about a crackpot party that trashes America.

“These people are cynical. These people are taking you for a ride. These people are fakes. These people love Bush.

“Again. And again. Vary the details. There are plenty. Somebody on the ‘list posted a strong list of McCain lies earlier today. Hammer it. Philosophize, as Nietzsche said, with a hammer.

“I don’t know about any of you, but I’m not waiting for any coordination. Get on with it!”

In an interview, Gitlin conceded he was noting the “features of McCain and Palin most worthy of highlighting towards the end of defeating them.” He said he had never advocated “bending facts” to get Obama elected.

Read the rest here.

Gitlin can say whatever he wants now. The emails reveal the truth: he was one sick puppy, amidst many others, who decided to use his influence to shape an election.

And now that the truth is out, what will be the retribution? Surely it’s forthcoming, right?

(h/t C4P)

Governor Palin entered a brave new world a year ago today, with a leap of faith, turning over her gubernatorial powers to Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell. Supporters were simultaneously excited and fearful about what lied ahead. Her enemies chortled “quitter,” with glee. Gov. Palin’s administration had been bombarded with frivolous ethics complaints and lawsuits, which hamstrung state business.

Dual Rationale: Simple and Brilliant

The dual rationale behind her resignation was as simple as it was brilliant: first, the nonsense would stop under quiet, Transactional Leader Gov. Parnell who would continue Gov. Palin’s legacy. Second, free of the Governor’s Office, Gov. Palin could better serve our nation and make a bigger impact. Indeed, both objectives have been fulfilled. The complaints did stop, though a few came in after she left office. Gov. Parnell is continuing the Palin legacy.

Her Promise

“With this decision I will be able to fight even harder for you – for what is right and for the truth. And I have never felt that you need a title to do that. So, as we all move forward together, let us vow to keep championing Alaska and to advocate for responsible development and smaller government and freedom.”

When I took the oath to serve you, I promised to steadfastly and doggedly guard the interests of this great state – like that grizzly guards her cubs, as a mother naturally guards her own. I will keep that vow wherever the road may lead.

A Year of Accomplishments

As a private citizen:

Gov. Palin shaped and defined the debate on ObamaCare, Cap and Tax, and national security via her Facebook page.

She endorsed numerous candidates for governor, Senator, and Representative, via Facebook, Twitter; and in many cases campaigned with her endorsed candidates. Even the liberal mainstream media has taken notice of the fact that over 75% of her endorsed candidates won their elections where elections have been held thus far.

SarahPAC is a political and financial powerhouse.

She is building political capital and power, which will enable her to re-define the GOP as a Reagan Conservative party and pave the way to a possible 2012 Presidential run.

Gov. Palin achieved one million supporters on her Facebook page around the time her book tour began and is now closing in on two million. Her Twitter page has over 205,000 followers.

She has been on a public speaking speaking circuit, which began in Hong Kong and has taken her all over the United States.

She authored Going Rogue: An American Life, which was Number One on the New York Times Best-Seller’s List for six weeks; presided over a three-week long nationwide book tour where supporters camped out in front of book stores for over 24 hours before each event in all kinds of weather. Going Rogue is going paperback on August 24, 2010.

Gov. Palin is working on a second book: America by Heart : Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag due for release on November 23, 2010.

She became a Fox News Consultant

Gov. Palin began a special series: Real American Stories

She is working on a mini-series: Sarah Palin’s Alaska being filmed for TLC.

Last year, we said that having fulfilled her agenda in 31 months, Gov. Palin’s purpose as a Transformational Leader was served. We wrote that placing a Transactional Leader in charge of maintaining her legacy, while she climbed a new mountain was the right move. A year later, Gov. Palin surpassed even our wildest expectations.

North to the Future. We look forward with excitement at the journey ahead.
